On the Buying side, we like to purchase home mortgages in pre-foreclosure from distressed sellers who need a settlement on their account, that is, a short sale. We do not charge any upfront fees for our service; we make our profit by wholesaling the house to market. Our real estate agents typically represent us to the distressed owner and our negotiators represent our offers to the banks. We in turn sell the house for profit.
On the Selling side, our agents typically represent banks to sell the REO. Our listing agents have an average market time "days on market" to 46 days. We have represented all kinds of national lenders and we are a member of various REO organizations.
